Hi, my name is Lisa Alexander. I have been a practicing massage therapist since 1987. I am trained in Ligamentous Articular Strain, injury assessment and Myofascial mobilization. We all suffer from aches and pains stemming from life as a human on this planet. I am trained to help you find your way back to pain-free health. Together we will create a plan for post injury care and recovery. I am able to assess an injury and recommend a course of treatment such as massage other disciplines or rehab exercises. As part of your personal health care team, I would love to assist you in leading a pain free life.
