Lindsey is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who has completed a Master of Counselling from City University. She works with adults, youth, children, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic stress/burnout, identity exploration, and neurodiversity. With a background in education, crisis response, and supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, Lindsey brings a deep understanding of the varying needs and abilities of her clients. She does not shy away from difficult topics like grief, shame, or trauma, and creates a grounded, compassionate space for those with deep wounds that feel too heavy to carry alone.
