Lindsay has always had a passion for helping others and an interest in the human body, which lead her to career as a massage therapist. She graduated from Mohawk College with an advanced diploma in massage therapy and an extensive training in Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release techniques. Lindsay combines a patient focused treatment approach along with a variety of manual therapy techniques to assess your symptoms, needs and comfort levels to deliver a custom massage therapy treatment that fits your health goals. As a self identified life long learner, she continuously strives to enhance and expand her knowledge and skills to improve her patient's mobility, pain levels and stress levels. Lindsay believes that everyone can benefit from regular massage therapy to promote overall health and wellbeing.
