Lindsay has been a certified Foot Reflexologist since 2004. She completed her training with the Reflexology Association of Canada. She also uses Reiki in her daily practice as part of energy balancing. She loves to work with patients on their journey, getting them to their optimum wellness. As a reflexologist, Lindsay feels many people neglect their feet, and she is there to gently remind you to listen to them. They physically connect individuals to the Earth as well as ground you spiritually. She believes it's important to connect with nature at every chance. To practice what she preaches, you will often find her on her days off, with her husband, walking barefoot at Cap Lumiere or trekking through the woods, gardening barefoot, paddling on the river, or just resting in the grass...yes...barefoot! Lindsay is grateful to be joining the team in Richibucto, and she looks forward to helping her clients on their healing journey! **** Lindsay est une réflexologue certifiée depuis 2004. Pour pratiquer ce qu’elle prêche, vous la trouverez souvent dans ses jours de congé, avec son mari, marchant pieds nus au Cap Lumière ou faisant du trekking à travers les bois, jardinant pieds nus, pagayant sur la rivière, ou simplement se reposant dans l’herbe... oui...pieds nus ! Lindsay est reconnaissante de se joindre à l’équipe de Richibucto, et elle a hâte d’aider ses clients dans leur parcours de guérison!
