## Meet Linda Hi, I’m Linda, Registered Massage Therapist and founder of In2itive Healin9. My journey into healing began long before massage therapy. After spending nearly 20 years in the corporate world, life challenges and personal loss led me toward a deeper path of self-discovery, healing, and reconnecting with myself. Through massage therapy, acupuncture, energy work, movement, and nervous system regulation, I began to understand how deeply the body holds stress, tension, emotions, and survival patterns. I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2022 and later completed Contemporary Medical Acupuncture training through McMaster University. Over time, my treatments naturally evolved into a more intuitive and integrative approach that combines therapeutic massage, myofascial release, movement-based therapy, craniosacral techniques, acupuncture, lymphatic work, and calming nervous system-focused care. My focus is not simply on treating symptoms, but on listening to the body, understanding patterns, restoring movement, supporting regulation, and creating space for healing to occur safely and intentionally. Every treatment is personalized to the individual sitting at my table. Whether you are seeking support for chronic pain, stress, injury recovery, burnout, mobility restrictions, or simply needing a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, treatments are tailored to meet your body where it is at.
