About Linda
Linda uses a holistic, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach to guide clients through their rehabilitation and return to work process. She recognizes the value of using meaningful activities to facilitate recovery. Linda has worked with diverse populations including individuals with orthopaedic and soft tissue injuries, chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, and mental health conditions. She has experience performing a wide range of occupational therapy assessment and treatment including job site assessments, graduated return to work planning and monitoring, ergonomic assessments, community rehabilitation and re-integration, exposure therapy, and equipment prescription. When Linda is not providing occupational therapy services she can be found doing yoga, paddleboarding, sipping matcha, or reading/watching all things sci-fi and fantasy. She enjoys learning new crafts and has recently dived into the world of cross-stitching.
