Linda discovered that food is crucial to health and healing when she was in secondary school and dealing with her own health issues at such a young age. She began to feel better physically and mentally by consuming more nutritious foods, dietary supplements and making small changes to her lifestyle. Her passion and advocacy for nutrition and holistic natural remedies led her to pursue formal education in the industry. Linda attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and graduated with the designation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Holistic Nutrition focuses on the concept that we are all biochemically unique and takes a whole-body approach to your health. To find the root cause of your health concerns, a holistic nutritionist focuses on your individual nutritional needs, emotional connections, lifestyle habits, individual and family health history. Linda has added reflexology to her practice as well! Her passion of finding the root cause has expanded to other modalities to continue helping her clients feel better internally as well as externally. Reflexology is the natural healing art based on the concept that the reflexes in your head, feet and hands connect to all part of your body. Reflexology can improve circulation in your blood and energy (Qi), promote relaxation by reducing stress, increase immunity and balancing the body. You can enjoy a reflexology treatment at any time!
