Lily specializes in manual osteopathic therapy and therapeutic massage. She is a farm girl, a retired soldier, and animal lover. At the age of 9, she was taught massage informally to care for her mother, who suffered chronic headaches following a vehicle accident. Lily chose to pursue her diploma as a registered massage therapist mid-life, graduating in 2018, continued upgrading and graduated as a manual osteopathic therapist in 2025. Lily comes to us with over 30 years experience in palpation, and a wealth of knowledge that continues to grow as she is currently pursuing a clinical homeopathy diploma. When not working or studying, Lily enjoys time spent with family, making art, and hiking.
