Leslie Beckett is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). She is passionate about supporting women through the emotional and mental health challenges that can arise throughout motherhood and major life transitions. Her areas of focus include maternal mental health, including prenatal and postpartum concerns, birth trauma, postpartum anxiety and depression, burnout, identity changes associated with becoming a mother, and navigating the emotional demands of parenting and caregiving.
She strives to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work through life’s challenges and reconnect with themselves.
