Lesley is a dedicated and compassionate practitioner specializing in manual osteopathy, massage therapy, and Reiki. Lesley's passion for health & wellness started after a series of health issues. In finding ways to navigate her own healing process, she decided to become more involved in learning ways to help others achieve a better state of wellness. With a deep commitment to holistic healing, Lesley integrates these modalities to help clients achieve optimal health, balance, and well-being. As a certified osteopathic practitioner and massage therapist, Lesley has extensive training in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Her approach focuses on restoring structural alignment, reducing pain, and improving mobility through gentle, hands-on techniques. Whether addressing chronic pain, postural imbalances, or stress-related tension, Lesley tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. In addition to physical therapies, Lesley is also a certified Reiki Master, offering energy healing sessions that promote relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. By combining Reiki with hands-on bodywork, she can provide a truly integrative healing experience that nurtures both the body and mind. With a warm and intuitive approach, Lesley is passionate about empowering clients on their wellness journey. She believes in the body's innate ability to heal and is dedicated to creating a supportive space for healing and renewal.
