Lenore is a highly experienced therapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. In addition, she has over 25 years of expertise helping individuals of all ages navigate the challenges of recovery and healing in all areas of mental health. Her deep understanding of eating disorders is complemented by her ability to address co-occurring issues such as anxiety, depression, and complex family dynamics, providing a comprehensive and compassionate approach to eating disorder care.
Lenore’s approach to eating disorder treatment is grounded in attachment, emotion, and relational dynamics, and she incorporates evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based approaches, and somatic therapies.
