About Lekha

Lekha Nair is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2015. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario. Her specialties include Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. She has successfully completed the Cupping Course from Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy and also has a certificate in Thai Stem Massage from Thai Massage Toronto. Lekha believes that massage therapy can help patients minimize pain and reach a higher level of health and wellness which will bring a positive change in her clients' lives. Lekha is very excited to continue her massage education and to add other modalities and techniques to her range of abilities. Lekha enjoys her free time with family and friends. She is also passionate about gardening, cooking and dancing.
