Life’s challenges rarely happen in a vacuum, and neither does healing.
As a Registered Psychologist here in Alberta, I’m not just here to look at a set of symptoms; I’m here to look at the whole picture of who you are. I believe that true wellness is a tapestry of many threads.
Together, we’ll explore how your physical health, psychological world, social connections, cultural roots, and spiritual values all weave together to shape your experience.
My goal is to offer you a soft place to land; a space where you are simply seen, understood, and supported.
We will work as a dedicated team, drawing from a rich toolbox of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method of Relationship Therapy.
Whether we are rewiring unhelpful patterns, healing deep-seated wounds, or finding new clarity, we will find a path forward that feels authentic, hopeful, and uniquely yours.
