About Lee

Lee utilizes a variety of techniques in her practice. She fine-tunes each treatment plan and technique to the needs of the client. She uses deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, traditional Swedish massage as well as joint play and stretching to assist in the healing of injuries caused by repetitive motions, overuse, postural deviations and stress related issues, she also integrates passive stretching and fascial work into her treatments. Lee works to treat the root cause rather than just symptoms. Her overall goal is to eliminate a client’s pain or to optimize their performance. Lee attended Shiatsu School Of Canada and graduated from ICT Kikkawa College for Massage Therapy. She is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
