I am dedicated to helping those who feel stuck, are seeking relief from anxiety/depression, mood issues, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions and changes, and those looking to create meaningful change.
I have a Master of Counselling degree and I am a Registered Professional Counsellor with the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counselling Association). I offer professional, confidential, trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive counselling in a safe and welcoming space in Melfort, Sk.
