Léah is a registerd massage therapist and graduate of Kikawa College in Toronto. With over five years of professional experience, she is dedicated to promoting mental and physical well-being through individualized, goal-oriented care. Léah specializes in deep tissue massage, Swedish techniques, myofascial cupping, proprioceptive methods, and trigger point therapy. Her treatments are designed to address each client’s specific needs—whether the goal is relaxation, pain relief, or improved range of motion. Léah’s professional yet compassionate approach creates a welcoming environment that encourages healing and restoration. Outside of the clinic, she maintains an active lifestyle through running, yoga, and training for endurance events.
