Leah Hageman (she, her) is a Registered Psychotherapist with 4 years of experience in the field of mental health and counselling and an additional 20 years experience working with disabilities and mental health. Philosophy
Leah believes that your unique life experiences shape who you have become, and it is her job to help you understand where you have come from, and who you are today through self-discovery and reflection. She is committed to helping you find healing for the hurt parts within you, so you can move forward to a more positive and fulfilling future.
Therapeutic Approach
As a therapist, Leah is known for connecting with clients and helping them to find their inner strength and individual voice. She uses a variety of approaches such as EMDR, parts work (IFS), CBT and DBT to help clients get to know themselves and help guide them towards healing and the change they desire.

In her practice, Leah focuses on abuse and trauma recover, navigating difficult relationships, managing and healing form anxiety.
Leah is particularly adept at using parts work and EMDR to process and heal from the difficult moments in someone's life, as well as developing and maintaining healthy boundaries with others. We can work together to help you care insight and healing to move forward towards a healthier and more fulfilling future.
