Leah is a graduate of the massage therapy program at Mount Royal University in Calgary Alberta. Leah uses general Swedish massage techniques to help reduce muscle tension, decrease pain, increase range of motion, and encourage relaxation. Leah has raised two children who are both athletes and now university age. She is excited to be starting the next chapter of her life here in the Kootenays. She loves both winter and summer outdoor mountain adventures, and values a healthy and active lifestyle. Leah loves hockey and has been a goaltender for 12 years
