Welcome, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges with compassion, care, and understanding. I work with clients of all ages, creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs, strengths, and experiences. I have a special focus in working with children and teens, as well as supporting individuals living with chronic pain, neuro-divergence, anxiety, and the impacts of trauma. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel understood, and move at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child my goal is to walk alongside you with care, and curiosity. I’m accepting new clients, and I offer in-person or virtual sessions.
