Dr. Laxshidan Asokan, (D.C., ) was born in Toronto, Ontario and started his career learning Kinesiology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Laxshidan is now a board-certified chiropractor in both the USA and Canada, where he did his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2020.
Dr Laxshidan practices in the Greater Toronto Area treating families and athletes - his passion resides in helping improve the quality of life of those who are ill, preferably without the use of drugs and surgeries. Laxshidan understands that everyone has predisposing illnesses and some require medications, and so is here to help you co-manage those conditions alongside other healthcare professionals.
Dr. Laxshidan Asokan treats the entire body and educates his patients on how to manage their health to prevent future problems from occurring. Laxshidan's philosophy resides in better understanding his patient's underlying muscular or neurological dysfunction rather than limiting treatment to the area of pain only.
