About Lauren

Lauren has been an RMT since 2015, she obtained her education from D’Arcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario. Throughout her career she has worked with a wide range of individuals from busy parents, expecting parents, elderly, active teens, high level athletes, and weekend warriors to name a few. Living an active lifestyle has allowed her to understand first-hand the importance in taking care of one’s body and mind and she brings this into her practice daily. She believes it’s important to treat each person as an individual and to create a safe and welcoming space to assist in one’s wellness journey. When not working, you can usually find Lauren doing something active like playing soccer, hiking with her dog, practicing hot yoga, or spending time with her family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the wonderful Rebirth Community and looks forward to being a part of your health and wellness journey.
