About Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who works with individuals who feel stuck in old patterns, whether that shows up in relationships, self-worth, stress, or the body. My approach is trauma-informed and down-to-earth. I value honest conversations, helping clients understand what’s going on for them, and offering practical tools they can use in their day-to-day lives, often with a bit of humour along the way. I have a special interest in the mind-body connection, including how stress and past life experiences can show up as anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain, or tension. Together, we will make sense of what your system has been holding and work toward helping you feel more regulated, connected, and at ease. I’m trained in EMDR and integrate parts work, somatic awareness, and nervous system approaches. My goal is to help you move out of survival mode and into a place where you feel more like yourself, grounded, authentic, and able to navigate life with greater ease.
