About Lauren

Lauren is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy. Prior to becoming a RMT, she graduated from the University of Western Ontario where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Growing up, Lauren was constantly involved in sports, dance, and many different physical activities which led to her curiosity of the human body and how it functions. With her past experience as a personal trainer, Lauren realized she wanted to have an integral role in patients' health and rehabilitation journey. Lauren has a passion for helping people function at their best, and feeling their best. She believes in fostering a partnership that involves patient education and collaboration.
