Lauren’s passion for sports and an active lifestyle began in her youth, where she played various sports, including competitive soccer. These early experiences instilled in her the values of teamwork and collaboration and inspired her journey toward osteopathy after facing sports-related injuries. She pursued her education at Western University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, followed by a personal trainer certification, which led to her active involvement in the fitness industry. Driven by a commitment to holistic health, Lauren furthered her studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, obtaining a Masters Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences. Her training, combined with her diverse background in fitness, has allowed her to work with a wide variety of patients, including athletes and children, addressing their unique needs through osteopathic techniques. Today, Lauren continues to embrace a health-conscious lifestyle, enjoying activities like hiking, intensive F45 workouts, and refreshing summer runs. Whether through fitness training, osteopathic therapies, or a blend of both, Lauren is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Outside of her clinical work, she loves spending time with loved ones, indulging in retail therapy, and escaping to the cottage for weekend getaways.
