I welcome clients into a calm, supportive space where they can explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and regulated. My focus is on helping people make sense of their emotions, strengthen their coping tools, and reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel overlooked or overwhelmed. I work collaboratively, honouring each person’s unique way of moving through the world. My approach is gentle, relational, and deeply client‑centred. I support individuals navigating stress, trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we build clarity and resilience through curiosity, emotional insight, and practical strategies that fit your life—not a one‑size‑fits‑all model. Before becoming a counsellor, I spent several years supporting children, youth, and families in community mental health roles, which shaped my commitment to accessible, compassionate care. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward the changes or understanding you’re seeking.
