About Lauren
Lauren graduated from Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2010. She has worked as a Registered Massage Therapist in New Brunswick with the CMTNB and Ontario with the CMTO until deciding to move home to Newfoundland in 2020. She has worked with a wide range of clientele over the years and in varied atmospheres including chiropractic clinic and medical spa. Lauren’s treatments typically consist of deep tissue massage with cupping therapy but she is versatile to the needs of the individual client. Most people can benefit from Registered Massage Therapy. It can help to reduce everyday stress, aches/pains, as well as it can increase range of motion, improve blood flow and maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit. When Lauren isn’t working she spends her free time at a yoga studio, working out, travelling, spending time with friends and walking her dog. Massage Therapy has always been a passion for Lauren since the beginning of her career. She has taken many courses over the years and will continue with furthering her career education.
