Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Acupuncturist
Lauren began her RMT journey several years ago, gaining extensive experience at a busy clinic at Yonge & Bloor and a spa in Forest Hill, where she treated patients of all ages. During the pandemic, while on maternity leave, she pursued a diploma in acupuncture.
Despite navigating significant life changes becoming a single mother, Lauren graduated with honours, passed her board exams, and achieved her dream of opening Haven Wellness. She has been building a team of healthcare professionals to provide patients with seamless, comprehensive care in a supportive environment.
As both a registered massage therapist and acupuncturist, she brings a blend of Eastern and Western healthcare philosophies to her practice to assess, diagnose and create tailored treatment plans using a diverse range of techniques.
Beyond her professional life, she values time spent with family and friends, travelling, comedy, F1, and playing Pokemon Go.
