Lauren graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Physical Therapy and holds Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Level 1 Certification. Lauren has experience supporting clients of all ages and abilities across a wide range of conditions and takes an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to care, building individually tailored treatment plans around each person’s goals that emphasize education, manual therapy, and active mobility improvement.
