Lauren is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a mother of two boys. She specializes in Perinatal Mental Health, offering compassionate and evidence-based support to individuals and couples navigating the transformative journey of parenthood, also known as Matrescence.
Her areas of focus include postpartum depression and anxiety, reproductive challenges and loss, birth trauma, and postpartum preparation and planning. Whether you're beginning to plan your family, recovering from a difficult birth experience, or seeking support in your parenting journey, Lauren provides a safe, supportive space to explore and heal.
Lauren works with both individuals and couples to prepare for the postpartum period, helping them build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, and develop practical strategies for this life transition.
In addition to her work in perinatal mental health, Lauren has extensive experience in the high school system and is passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate complex social and emotional challenges.
