I am extremely interested in all things under the health and wellness umbrella. I love sharing what I know as well as learning new things from others. Using an outcome-based massage approach, I target specific areas of concern and treat clients as individuals. I understand people seek massage for a variety of reasons therefore treatments and techniques vary to achieve client specific outcomes. Treatment types can differ from deep tissue, relaxation, and pregnancy. I believe that to achieve and maintain wellness goals the effort must be ongoing. Optimal results are reached with the marriage of completing home care exercises as well as receiving massage. I thrive off hearing client goals, aspirations and achievements, and find it extremely rewarding to be a part of their wellness journey.
