My role is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to have meaningful and insightful conversations about your feelings, and discuss problems openly and honestly. By having a safe and supportive space, together we can explore the challenges you are going through and set achievable goals and develop healthy effective coping strategies. When you create skills to deal with difficult situations it allows you to be your best self and to be able to work through future challenging situations. I have been supporting individuals with both Mental Health & Addiction related concerns for 20+ years both in the community and hospital-based settings. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO since 2017 and have a special interest in strength-based, solution-focused approaches to psychotherapy with transitional-aged youth and adults. Being able to support you through your journey and witness your growth and resiliency is the foundation of my professional practice.
