About Laura
Laura is a graduate of the Mount Royal University 2200-Hour Registered Massage Therapy program.
With a background in treating active clients and injuries, she combines a therapeutic and relaxing
approach to target areas of concern and treat pain, while also calming the nervous system and reducing
stress.
She incorporates a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial cupping, as well as passive
and active stretching into her treatments. She provides intentional and specific style work when treating
conditions, including: posture-related pain, TMJ dysfunction and headaches, neck pain, injury
rehabilitation, and maintenance/preventative care.
Laura tailors each treatment to the needs and goals of every client and incorporates breathwork,
education and homecare to assist in her clients’ recovery and maintenance journey.
