Laura graduated in 2019 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. In her practice Laura uses deep tissue techniques, muscle stripping, trigger point release and active release when needed. She combines the deep tissue with myofascial, joint mobilizations, rocking and muscle energy techniques.
