About Laura

I’ve always been fascinated by the complexity of the human body. I started to wonder - what’s under the skin? How does this marvelous machine work? These questions, combined with my love for helping people, led me to MRU where I obtained a diploma in massage therapy. Massage therapy is my tool to help you experience relief from aches and pains, de-stress, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Along with massage, I also offer RAPID NFR. It is a neurologically based technique that is effective in reducing pain and restoring function. RAPID can be the breakthrough for acute or persistent symptoms when traditional massage doesn’t make the cut. If I’m not at the clinic, you might find me hiking in Kananaskis, playing sports, napping, or succumbing to a YouTube rabbit hole.
