She was born and raised in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.
She graduated from The Canadian College of Massage of Hydrotherapy in 2018.
Lara's passion is helping patients with their chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions and restoring their mobility. She offers deep tissue massage, cupping, myofascial techniques and trigger point therapy. Lara is able to create and customize a treatment plan just for her clients that will help them meet their long and short term goals and puts 110% into her treatments.
Outside of work, Lara enjoys hanging out with her two cats, fishing, skiing in the winter.
