About Lanessa
Lanessa has over 20 years of experience, and also holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.
Lanessa utilizes a unique active approach to massage that couples biomechanical & physiological principles to overcome pain, restrictions, and dysfunction in the body. With a special interest in headache, neck and jaw pain, and migraine disorders, her approach uses Cranial Sacral Therapy combined with lymphatic drainage and muscle work. She is also a certified facialist.
Aside from her interest in the human body, Lanessa enjoys spending as much time outside as possible, be it trail running, mountain biking or gravel riding. She enjoys pottery and sewing and is always looking for her next challenge in life!
