About Lana

I’m Lana — a Certified Lactation Educator, birth doula, and mother to three beautiful children. Supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of feeding has been my passion for over a decade. I recently completed the WHO Breastfeeding Training for Healthcare Professionals at Stratford Hospital, building on my certification as a Lactation Education Specialist with BreastfeedLA and my long-standing experience as a breastfeeding peer counselor with La Leche League International since 2013. My training has equipped me to guide families through the early days of nursing, pumping, and infant feeding with confidence and care. Alongside my lactation work, I am also a CAPPA-certified birth doula, trained in Spinning babies technique and Rebozo. My own experiences with the Bradley Method and HypnoBabies during my three pregnancies deepened my commitment to honoring birth and postpartum as a sacred rite of passage. Whether I’m by your side at a birth or sitting with you as you feed your newborn, my aim is to provide practical guidance, reassurance, and unwavering support—helping you feel confident, cared for, and connected as you step into parenthood.
