Ryan Kim is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCM.P.) and Registered Massage
Therapist (RMT) with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC).
He has also completed his Osteopathy education with Honours with Distinction.
Ryan takes an individualized, assessment-driven approach to care, drawing on his background in
Traditional Chinese Medicine, massage therapy, and Osteopathy to understand each patient's presentation
and treatment goals.
TCM & ACUPUNCTURE
As an R.TCM.P., Ryan provides acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine care for a range of concerns,
with particular interests in musculoskeletal conditions, stress and sleep disturbances, digestive concerns,
hormonal health, and general wellbeing.
Treatments are tailored to the individual and may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and customized
TCM herbal formulas, along with appropriate home-care and dietary recommendations based on Traditional
Chinese Medicine principles.
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY
Ryan's massage therapy practice focuses on musculoskeletal pain, soft-tissue and joint dysfunction, sports
and activity-related concerns, and postural strain associated with work and daily life.
Treatments are individualized based on assessment and may incorporate a range of therapeutic techniques.
Hot stones may also be incorporated when appropriate to support relaxation and reduce muscular tension.
