I have been told that I have a rare capacity to calmly hear and hold space for the intimate, vulnerable, and devastating parts of the human experience. When you find yourself in this place, I will be ready to take the steps with you. I offer an eclectic, evidence-based approach to counselling that focuses on each person's unique needs. My approach is client-centered, emphasizing that you are are the expert on your own life. I am also able to provide psychological assessments for adults. When you are ready to break free from the patterns and circumstances that leave you feeling stuck, I invite you for a conversation.
