About Kurtis
Kurtis has been a physiotherapist since 1998 after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan. He has taken courses in advanced biomechanical assessment and treatment, athletic training and conditioning, myofascial release, and Graston Technique. He has been a certified Graston Technique practitioner for over 17 years. Kurtis utilizes a variety of treatment techniques including hands on treatment, modalities, Graston Technique, and exercise/functional conditioning. He believes in perfection of technique to optimize efficiency. He enjoys working with motivated individuals of all ages in helping them work towards and attaining their health and fitness goals. Kurtis feels that it is important to treat all of his clients as he would want his family or friends to be treated with individual focus and care. In his spare time, Kurtis is an avid mountain biker, stand-up paddleboarder, and cross-country/downhill skier. He spends most of his free hours with his wife, Janine, and his English Black Labradors Aksel and Lars, on and around the river in Saskatoon and on the slopes of Fernie, BC.
