About Krystal
What I value most about therapy is the chance to walk alongside someone as they grow and change in meaningful ways. It is an honour to witness people’s stories, struggles, and the courage it takes to look at themselves honestly. I believe therapy offers something many of us do not get enough of in everyday life: a space to be fully yourself without having to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hold it all together alone.
