About Kristy-Lynn
As a massage therapist, Kristy-Lynn truly came to appreciate the benefits of massage therapy after becoming a mom of 3 young children. Juggling nap times, feeding schedules and everything in between was a whirlwind, and during those hectic days, massage became her escape. A much needed moment of peace to relax and work on her tired and sore muscles. She specializes in Indian head massage, hot stone massage, and general swedish massage. Kristy also has a deep passion for yoga, which has significantly aided her postpartum recovery. She is currently pursuing certification to become an instructor, with the goal of empowering her clients through the benefits of yoga.
