“Kristy Lerch misdiagnosed my massive rotator cuff tear as frozen shoulder for half a year. I suffered in intense pain for 6 months under her physio care. I complained to my doctor several times but he believed the physiotherapist diagnosis of Frozen shoulder. I had to demand further investigation and finally got an MRI which showed a massive complete tear, all tendons and my bicep. I have had 2 surgeries, and it’s still not great.”
