Kristina is a Registered Massage Therapist who believes that caring for our bodies isn't just about managing pain or recovering from injury—it's also about creating opportunities to slow down, reconnect, and restore. Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2015, Kristina has supported clients through many seasons of life, from navigating the demands of parenthood and busy careers to recovering from injuries and maintaining active lifestyles. Her treatments blend evidence-informed therapeutic care with a restorative approach that recognizes the important relationship between physical well-being, stress, and recovery. As a mother, lifelong athlete, and someone who has personally experienced the effects of burnout and injury, Kristina understands how easy it is to live in a constant state of doing. Through both her personal and professional experiences, she has come to appreciate that growth often happens not only in the work we do, but in the space we create for rest. Kristina's approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual. She values listening deeply to her clients' goals and adapting treatment to meet their changing needs—whether that means supporting pain management, improving mobility, facilitating recovery, or simply offering a place where people can exhale.
