Kristin started her career in massage therapy after graduating as a spa practitioner in 2012. After working in a spa for 2 years, Kristin decided to further her education and enrolled at WCCMT. She graduated from the 2500 hour program in 2016, and has since worked as registered massage therapist. She is knowledgeable in a variety of orthopaedic conditions and has worked with more specialized demographics such as UBC varsity sports teams, Multiple Sclerosis patients, and the elderly population. She has a deep tissue approach, but also uses a variety of treatment methods such as myofascial release, active/passive release, trigger point therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, and joint mobilizations
