About Kristie

Kristie was born and raised in the Peace Country. She graduated from the Alberta College of massage in 2014, completing her required 2200 hours of study and practice. She is passionate about helping others and enjoys working with a wide variety of clients. She has training in relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, infant PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, KT tapping, dynamic cupping and orthopedic massage. She enjoys sports and many outdoor activities, especially camping with her family. She has been very thankful for all the support and encouragement that she has received from her great clients.
