Originally from Ontario, Kristen moved to Vancouver at the age of 20, where her journey toward a deeper understanding of personal health began. It was in Vancouver that she discovered acupuncture while seeking relief for sleep issues. This transformative experience ignited her passion for acupuncture and its ability to restore balance both in the body and mind. Eager to deepen her knowledge, Kristen pursued formal training at Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
With a background in the hospitality industry, Kristen has always enjoyed connecting with people. Her natural ability to build relationships made acupuncture a perfect fit, allowing her to combine her love of helping others with a passion for wellness. She is dedicated to creating a lighthearted, supportive space of her clients, where laughter and joy are integral parts of healing process, alongside the treatments themselves.
Kristen has a special interest in microneedling, buccal face sculpting massage + cosmetic acupuncture. She also enjoys working on challenges with sleep, stress and anxiety. Currently, she is expanding her skills in trigger point acupuncture to assist in pain management.
