Kristen has been a practicing physiotherapist since 2013. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master's of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. Her postgraduate education has included Introductory and Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation, Biomedical Dry Needling, several manual therapy courses, Pelvic Health level 1 and 2, and climbing medicine professional development.
Areas of specialization include dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), vertigo and dizziness, concussions, dry needling, and pelvic health dysfunction. Special areas of interest include prenatal and postpartum pelvic health dysfunction and rock climbing injuries.
In her free time, Kristen enjoys a number of outdoor sports including running, rock climbing, mountain biking, and skiing.
