About Kristen
Kristen pursued massage therapy as a second career. Her thirst for pathophysiology, neuroscience, anatomy and orthopedic assessments were quenched to the max and she earned a second year scholarship at Kikkawa College. She graduated with honours in 2010.
Out of the classroom and into the treatment room Kristen applies a unique blend of modalities and techniques that she has acquired by continuing education in Lomi, acupressure, cupping, sports massage, and various styles she soaked up throughout her travels and experiences abroad. Her holistic approach to wellness is one that she also practices.
As a Yoga instructor and QiGong student with an extensive background in exercise and weight training she prepared to offer treatments and remedial exercises tailored specifically for you.
