Kristen is a physiotherapist and pelvic floor therapist with a passionate interest in pelvic floor health and dance. Kristen completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto and a Master of Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University in England. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, she wanted to pursue a future in dance. However, several injuries and traveling the world with a backpack revealed the importance of receiving treatment from a practitioner who related to her world. She is passionate about holistic health education and creating self-management practices so that her clients can thrive and become the best versions of themselves.
